This role requires minimal supervision and a proactive approach to developing and executing effective social media strategies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for our social media channels that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports to measure the success of social media initiatives.
- Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and discussions to build a strong online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular audits of our social media presence and suggest improvements.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TicTock) and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal instructions.
